Hi I am Rivkah Sherr I am the creator of Gluten Free lifestyle and Support. 

About five years ago one of my friends discovered that she and her son were celiac. She was frustrated and devastated. She didn't know what to eat and where to turn for help.

My heart ached for her and to help her out, I would send her any recipes I found. One day, I thought, let's put it in a group!

That was the start of the Gluten Free Recipes and Support Facebook Group. Since then the group has grown into an amazing, vibrant community! We are now at 60k and growing.

Our members come to the group looking for support, recipes, and a safe space where they can share their wins as they adopt a a gluten free lifestyle. It is a joy to be of service to the community and I am looking forward to serving and growing this community while bringing value and sustainability.

Our goal is to help, support, and educate those who have joined this community due to diagnosis, illness, and other challenges that have led them to pursue this lifestyle. We are now looking to help members to get to their optimal health goals.

I am looking to bring value to the group by collaborating with brands, YouTubers, Bloggers, Health and Wellness Coaches, Chefs and anyone else who can bring value to this amazing community.
